Why I’m Releasing This Album One Song at a Time

The world moves fast.
Too fast.
We scroll. We skim. We double-tap. We consume entire albums in one sitting and move on by morning. And I didn’t want to do that with this record.
So I’m slowing it down.
I’m releasing this album single by single — letting each song breathe, letting each story land, letting each visual have its moment. The full album will be available on June 16th. But between now and then, we get to actually live inside these songs.
The first single is “My Night Sky.”

This one means so much to me. It’s big. It’s cinematic. It’s hopeful. But underneath the hook is a story — about a young girl whose grandfather gives her a telescope, and her first love becomes the night sky. It’s about wonder. Curiosity. The idea that looking up can change everything.
I shared the short story behind the video on Substack because I wanted you to see the layers — not just hear the song, but feel where it came from.
Rolling the album out this way feels intentional. Each single gets its own visual world. Its own energy. Its own space to connect. Instead of dropping everything at once and hoping something sticks, I’m inviting you into the process.
We get to anticipate.
We get to experience.
We get to remember what it feels like to look forward to something.

And by the time June 16th arrives, the album won’t just be a release date — it will be a journey we’ve taken together.
Let’s slow this down.
Look up.
And stay awhile in the night sky.
